About The Opportunity
We are looking to hire an Inside Sales Development Representative to join a high-velocity sales team focused on inbound lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and data-driven optimization. This role combines outreach with sales analytics to identify high-quality opportunities for Account Executives and contribute to revenue growth in the mobile advertising ecosystem.
Role & Responsibilities
  • Conduct targeted inbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate and qualify Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs) for Account Executives.
  • Perform market and account research to identify high-potential publisher and advertiser prospects and maintain targeted account lists.
  • Manage the lead lifecycle in the CRM, ensuring proper data hygiene, tagging, and smooth handoffs to the sales team.
  • Run and analyze A/B tests on messaging, cadences, and outreach sequences to improve response and conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain pipeline reports and dashboards to track funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and evaluate territory performance.
  • Work closely with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Product teams to refine lead scoring, sales playbooks, and outreach strategies.
