Job Description
Green Feels Industries is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our market reach within the UAE, Middle East, and Africa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our packaging and private labeling solutions. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and promoting our sustainable and customized packaging services.
Sales Strategy & Business Development
· Develop, implement, and continuously refine sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned targets while aligning with the company’s overall business objectives.
· Identify, research, and actively pursue new business opportunities in the FMCG, food, and packaging industries, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential clients and partners.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, wholesalers, and business partners to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
· Conduct detailed market research to analyze industry trends, understand competitor activities, and gain insights into customer needs to enhance sales strategies.
· Actively seek out and engage with new sales prospects through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, trade fairs, B2B meetings, and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
· Develop strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders and potential clients to expand the company’s market presence in both local and international markets.
· Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that align with sales objectives and generate high-quality leads.
· Prepare detailed proposals and sales contracts that effectively communicate Green Feels Industries value proposition to potential clients.
Client Management & Sales Execution
· Conduct professional and persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the benefits and advantages of Green Feels Industries’ packaging and private labeling solutions.
· Develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements to offer tailored packaging solutions that meet their specific needs.
· Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring deals are structured in a way that is both competitive and aligned with the company’s pricing strategy and profit margins.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of client orders.
· Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing regular updates on order status, production timelines, and any necessary modifications to packaging or labeling solutions.
· Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally, demonstrating a commitment to superior customer service and long-term relationship-building.
· Develop post-sales support strategies, including follow-ups, product satisfaction surveys, and loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.
· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies while executing sales agreements and contracts.
Sales Reporting & Performance Analysis
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress within the company’s CRM system.
· Generate detailed sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), revenue trends, conversion rates, and other critical sales metrics for the Sales Manager and senior leadership team.

· Regularly analyze sales data and market feedback to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
· Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to optimize sales efforts, improve customer acquisition rates, and enhance overall business performance.
· Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts based on historical data, industry trends, and market analysis to support business planning and goal setting.
· Monitor competitors’ pricing strategies, product offerings, and market positioning to ensure Green Feels Industries remains competitive and innovative.
Trade Shows & Market Expansion
· Act as a brand ambassador by representing Green Feels Industries at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to expand brand awareness and generate new business leads.
· Develop and execute effective strategies to maximize the company’s presence at trade fairs, including pre-event outreach, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-ups.
· Organize and participate in business-to-business (B2B) meetings, both locally and internationally, to establish and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to design impactful booth displays, promotional materials, and presentation content that showcase the company’s innovative packaging solutions.
· Support international sales expansion efforts by identifying high-potential markets, establishing distribution networks, and cultivating partnerships in key regions such as Africa and the Middle East.
· Stay informed about international trade regulations, import/export policies, and local market conditions that may impact sales strategies and business development efforts.
