Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to manage and maintain our organizations IT infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ?Manage and maintain Windows Servers, NAS systems, firewalls, and network devices.
2. ?Implement and oversee multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based access control (RBAC), and secure configurations.
3. ?Ensure systems and networks align with industry standards, including ISO 27001 certification requirements.
4. ?Maintain and optimize endpoint tools and IT infrastructure for seamless operations.
5. ?Assist in basic website management, including server configuration and uptime monitoring.
6. ?Support overall IT operations, ensuring systems and websites are reliable and up to date.

Qualifications:

1. ?Proficient in managing Windows Servers, NAS systems, firewalls, and IT endpoint tools.
2. ?Basic knowledge of website hosting, server management, encryption and troubleshooting.
3. ?Familiarity with ISO 27001 certification processes and best practices.
4. ?Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and operational management.
