Assist in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration
Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
Coordinate training, development, and performance appraisals
Prepare HR reports, documentation, and maintain confidentiality
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role in UAE or Gulf region
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
