GreyOrange is a global leader in AI-powered robotic automation, helping businesses transform their warehouse and supply chain operations. We are growing our Talent Acquisition team and are looking for an Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end hiring across the organisation.
Role Overview:
This is primarily an end-to-end recruitment role, with some people management responsibilities. You will independently manage hiring for assigned business functions while also mentoring and supporting junior recruiters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment from requirement intake to offer and joining.

- Partner with Hiring Managers, HRBPs and business leaders to understand hiring needs and drive hiring plans.
- Build effective sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, job portals, campus and other channels.
- Manage candidate screening, interviews, debriefs, offers and candidate engagement.
- Own hiring targets, SLAs, pipeline quality and stakeholder communication.
- Track recruitment metrics and proactively manage hiring risks and escalations.
- Drive Employer Branding, ATS adoption and recruitment automation/AI initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
What We Are Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment with 2-3 years of people management experience.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working directly with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders.
- Some experience in mentoring or managing recruiters.
- Strong sourcing, screening and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities independently.
- Strong ownership, execution and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment.
- Experience hiring for technology, SaaS, engineering, robotics or deep-tech companies is a plus.
