About the Role
GreyOrange is looking for a dynamic and execution-driven Lead - Talent Support (Tech Hiring) to drive end-to-end recruitment for technology hiring across multiple business functions. The role requires a strong recruiter with experience in managing high-quality tech talent pipelines, stakeholder management, and fast-paced hiring environments.
Location: Gurugram
Work Model: Hybrid - 3 Days WFO
Experience: 8+ Years
Notice Period Preference: Immediate joiners or candidates serving less than 30 days notice period
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all technology hiring requirements across the organization
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies
- Drive sourcing through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and networking
- Handle stakeholder management and provide regular hiring updates, market insights, and recruitment metrics
- Screen, assess, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Ensure strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Manage offer discussions, negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and critical tech roles
- Drive hiring efficiency, turnaround time reduction, and quality of hire
- Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives when required
Required Skills & Experience :
- 8+ years of experience in end-to-end technology hiring

- Strong experience hiring for Engineering, Product, Data, AI/ML, Cloud, and other technology functions
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive hiring independently
- Strong sourcing, market mapping, and talent engagement capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
Preferred Qualifications :
- Prior experience hiring for product-based or technology-driven organizations
- Experience working with leadership hiring and niche technical mandates
- Strong understanding of tech talent market trends and compensation benchmarking
