Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analyst with 12+ years of expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, data modeling, and advanced reporting—combined with strong hands-on knowledge of Gen AI tools and Power BI.
This role requires deep analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive AI-enabled insights and BI strategy across the organization.
Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data analysis initiatives and guide BI strategy for the organization.
• Design, develop, and optimize complex Power BI dashboards, data models, and analytical reports.
• Utilize Gen AI tools (LLMs, Azure OpenAI, AI automation frameworks) to enhance reporting, automate insights, and improve data workflows.
• Engage with senior business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Architect and manage data models, semantic layers, and scalable BI solutions.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and lead ETL/ELT data preparation.
• Use Python/R to automate data processes and integrate AI-driven insights.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and standardization across analytics platforms.

• Lead and mentor junior data analysts, providing guidance on best practices.
• Drive adoption of AI-based analytics across business functions.
• Present insights, trends, and recommendations to leadership teams.
  

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Power BI (advanced DAX, Power Query, M, data modeling).
• Deep hands-on experience with Gen AI tools:
• LLMs
• Prompt engineering
• AI automation pipelines
• Azure OpenAI / OpenAI API
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL.
• Strong experience in Python for data analysis, automation, and AI integration.
• Experience handling large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
