SALES CONSULTANT - INTERIOR FIT-OUT -| FEMALE

Job Location: Dubai

Salary: 4k + Commission

We are seeking an accomplished SALES CONSULTANT for an immediate start. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities in the villa, apartment, office, and retail interior design and fit-out segment. The position involves prospecting, client meetings, closing deals, and managing client relationships end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities as a Sales Consultant:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities for interior & landscape design and fit-out projects.

· Build relationships with villa and apartment owners, real estate brokers, and developers.

· Handle inbound enquiries, conduct client meetings, and pitch Interiors & landscape services.

· Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into confirmed projects.

· Prepare quotations in coordination with the project management team.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

· Work closely with marketing and lead generation teams to align sales efforts.

· Negotiate contracts and ensure all client expectations are met from enquiry to handover.

· Provide weekly sales reports and updates to the management.
