Job Description
- The Sales Development Representative (SDR) position at GroAR is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven individual with 3-4 years of experience in end-to-end SaaS sales and demand generation. As an SDR at GroAR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels, developing a deep understanding of our products and services, and building relationships with prospects to convert them into qualified sales opportunities. You will collaborate with the product team, conduct product demos, and drive the demos to closure for small accounts. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record in international sales markets, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote work environment. A Bachelor's degree in any field is required, along with a hunger to grow as a sales professional.
