About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in building a career in Human Resources and gaining hands-on experience in HR operations and people management practices.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and selection process (scheduling interviews, posting jobs, screening profiles)
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and induction process for new employees
Help with attendance and leave tracking
Assist in preparing HR documents like offer letters, NDAs, etc.
Help organize employee engagement activities and surveys
Support day-to-day administrative tasks and HR operations
Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Requirements
Currently, pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, or any related field)
Interest in Human Resources and People Management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
