Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Experience: 1.5-3 Years (up to 3 years)

Location: Pune

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive Cloud & DevOps Services

to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in cloud solutions sales, managed services, and DevOps offerings. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth in the cloud and DevOps domain. You will collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to convert leads into customers and support overall business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target customers in the cloud and DevOps services space.
  • Reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to introduce cloud solutions, managed services, and DevOps offerings.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools with lead and customer information.
  • Assist in developing cloud-focused sales strategies and pitches.
  • Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and close deals.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

    Provide feedback on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to enhance sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in selling cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), cloud managed services, and DevOps solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing, DevOps practices, and managed services models.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Prior experience in B2B technology sales is highly preferred.
