Job Description
- As a Team Lead for the Customer Service department, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives to deliver high-quality services and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. With 5-6 years of experience in customer communications and a proven track record in team leadership, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
Your key responsibilities will include monitoring team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve productivity, handling escalated customer inquiries and complaints professionally, and collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and enhance the overall customer experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for training team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources for success, maintaining accurate customer interaction records, and providing regular reports to management.
To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, along with at least 5-6 years of experience in customer communications, including 2 years in a leadership role. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite is required, as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
