Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive / Lead Generation Specialist to support our growth in the US market. The role focuses on identifying prospects, generating qualified leads, initiating outreach, and supporting the sales pipeline. This is a part-time, remote role ideal for candidates experienced in B2B lead generation and outbound prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify potential clients in the USA market (SMEs, startups, and enterprises)
- Build and maintain a high-quality lead database using tools and manual research
- Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders for outreach
Outreach & Communication
- Conduct LinkedIn research and outreach using Sales Navigator
- Draft and personalize email templates, LinkedIn messages, and follow-ups
- Initiate first-level contact with prospects via email and LinkedIn
- Track responses and ensure timely follow-ups
Sales & Pipeline Support
- Support the Business Development team with pipeline development and prospect qualification
- Share insights on prospect needs, market trends, and outreach effectiveness
- Assist in setting up meetings or handovers for senior sales stakeholders
Marketing & Campaign Support
- Support marketing and outbound campaign initiatives
- Assist with social media profile optimization and brand visibility
- Provide SEO support and keyword research where required

- Apollo
- Other relevant prospecting and outreach platforms

- (Must be maintained in good working condition throughout the engagement)
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Minimum 4 hours per day
- Flexible scheduling with overlap for US business hours preferred
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, business development, or sales support
- Strong understanding of the US market and outbound prospecting practices
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented with strong research and data management skills
