The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. This role involves managing client accounts, addressing concerns, identifying new opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and acting as a bridge between the customer and the companys internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs
- Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and business goals
- Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints promptly and effectively
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive upsell/cross-sell efforts
- Maintain CRM systems and update customer data regularly
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and service teams to improve the customer experience
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics and proactively work to improve them
- Provide regular reports and feedback to management
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as a CRM or in a similar client-facing role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Time management and organizational proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Knowledge of digital marketing, B2B sales, or customer retention strategies
- Multilingual skills are a plus
