The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. This role involves managing client accounts, addressing concerns, identifying new opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and acting as a bridge between the customer and the companys internal teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs
  • Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and business goals
  • Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints promptly and effectively
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive upsell/cross-sell efforts
  • Maintain CRM systems and update customer data regularly
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and service teams to improve the customer experience
  • Monitor client satisfaction metrics and proactively work to improve them
  • Provide regular reports and feedback to management

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience as a CRM or in a similar client-facing role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Time management and organizational proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, B2B sales, or customer retention strategies
  • Multilingual skills are a plus
