Job Description

    The Deputy HR Manager position at our organization plays a pivotal role in supporting the management and execution of HR functions. You will be assisting in strategic HR planning, recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, performance management, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. It is essential for the ideal candidate to possess a solid understanding of HR best practices and exhibit a proactive approach when dealing with HR challenges.
    Your responsibilities will include:
    Recruitment & Onboarding:
    - Assisting in manpower planning and overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes.
    - Conducting interviews, shortlisting candidates, and facilitating onboarding procedures.
    - Managing candidate pipelines and collaborating with external consultants as necessary.
    Employee Engagement & Relations:
    - Assisting in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
    - Addressing employee grievances, facilitating conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
    - Conducting exit interviews and analyzing attrition trends.
    Performance Management:
    - Coordinating the performance appraisal process and ensuring prompt feedback.
    - Supporting managers in establishing KPIs and monitoring employee development.
    - Assisting in training and development initiatives.
    HR Operations & Compliance:

    - Maintaining HR records, databases, and employee files.
    - Ensuring compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
    - Compiling HR reports and analytics for management review.
