Job Description

    The job involves overseeing various HR functions and responsibilities in a dynamic work environment. As an HR professional, you will be responsible for managing recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations, and implementing performance management strategies.
    Your key responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, conducting interviews, and hiring candidates for outlet and corporate roles. You will also be tasked with coordinating onboarding programs for new employees to facilitate their seamless integration into the organization. Additionally, maintaining a database of prospective candidates and building a talent pipeline for future hiring needs will be part of your role.
    Monitoring employee attendance, leaves, and overtime to ensure adherence to company policies, handling salary revisions, bonuses, and incentives, and ensuring HR compliance with labor laws and company regulations are crucial aspects of this position. You will also be responsible for maintaining updated employee records, managing statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, gratuity, and labor laws, and supporting the performance appraisal process by collecting feedback and assisting managers in evaluations.
    To succeed in this role, a background in hospitality is preferred along with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles is required, along with a strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite are also essential for this position.
