Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day financial operations including accounting entries, accounts receivables, and accounts payables.
- Prepare accurate and timely business and financial performance reports to support data-driven decision-making during review meetings.
- Conduct budget vs. actuals analysis, identify variances, and proactively recommend cost-saving measures.
- Lead regular financial reporting processes and create presentations for internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure a strong internal control environment by enforcing compliance with financial policies and promoting continuous improvement.
- Possess foundational knowledge of financial statement presentation in line with applicable reporting standards.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external service providers including accountants, bankers, and other financial partners.
- Contribute to or lead special financial projects and ad hoc initiatives as required.
- Experience using Zoho Books.
- Familiarity with statutory filings and compliance requirements.

- M.Com with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or
- B.Com with at least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
