Role Overview

Were hiring a BD Intern to help open doors, craft outreach, and turn interest into qualified meetings and pilots across India and the U.S. Youll work directly with the founding team, learn modern GTM, and run real campaignsend to end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline & Prospecting: Build target lists, qualify leads, and own outbound on LinkedIn and email.
  • Messaging & Sequences: Write first-touch notes and follow-ups tailored to ICPs (founders, PMs, ops leaders).
  • Discovery & Demos: Join intro calls, take crisp notes, coordinate product demos with the team.
  • Market Research: Sharpen ICPs, map buying triggers, surface new channels and partnerships.
  • Partnerships: Identify communities, accelerators, and agencies for channel plays.
  • CRM & Metrics: Maintain clean pipelines, track response and meeting rates, suggest optimizations.
  • Experiments: Co-run small GTM tests (offers, landing copy, lead magnets) and report learnings weekly.

Requirements

  • Strong written and spoken English; confident on calls.
  • Active LinkedIn profile and

  • Comfortable with Sheets/Excel; bonus for Sales Navigator/Apollo/HubSpot/Notion.
  • Curious about AI and startups; self-driven with an owners mindset.
  • Ability to work Indian hours with some overlap for U.S. prospects.
