Job Description

The Senior Frontend Developer role involves building and maintaining robust, scalable, and performant frontend applications. Working closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers, you will translate designs and requirements into clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining high-quality, reusable, and testable code using modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. You will contribute to frontend architecture design and implementation to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance. Translating UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect and responsive web interfaces is a key aspect of the role.
Optimizing frontend applications for performance, including page load speed, rendering, and resource utilization, is essential. You will write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and prevent regressions, as well as implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines. Participating in code reviews to provide feedback and ensure adherence to coding standards is part of the collaborative process.

Additionally, you will collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality products. Mentoring and guiding junior frontend developers, staying updated with the latest frontend technologies, and proactively exploring new approaches are encouraged. Identifying and resolving complex frontend issues, ensuring accessibility for users with disabilities, and adhering to accessibility guidelines are priorities.
Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 7-9 years of proven experience as a Frontend Developer, strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, and extensive experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework. A deep understanding of frontend architecture patterns, experience with state management libraries, responsive design principles, and cross-browser compatibility are essential. Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks, build tools, version control systems, and performance optimization techniques is required. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of accessibility guidelines are expected. Experience with server-side rendering (SSR), design systems, and component libraries is a plus.,
