Junior Analyst - Venture Debt

What role you will play in team: You will support the team in originating, structuring, and managing venture debt investments.

What you will do: You will analyze companies' financial performance, assess risk, and prepare credit proposals.

Key responsibility:

• Analyze financial statements and business plans of prospective borrowers.
• Assess credit risk and develop credit scoring models.
• Prepare credit proposals and investment memos.
• Conduct due diligence on potential borrowers.
  
• Monitor portfolio companies and manage loan documentation.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 0-1 year of experience (preferred, not required).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling software.
