Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Process Associate role based in Jaipur. The Process Associate will be responsible for managing and improving business processes, delivering quality customer service, and handling financial procedures. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing operational data, communicating effectively with clients, managing customer queries and feedback, and supporting the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations in alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and improve processes
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively handle client interactions and ensure satisfaction
- Knowledge of Finance principles and the ability to support financial operations

- Experience or familiarity with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) processes and practices
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic environments and work accurately under deadlines
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage
