About Growth Fusion

Growth Fusion is a performance marketing and media buying company working with global clients across lead generation, e‑commerce, and pay‑per‑call verticals. We partner closely with advertisers to scale campaigns through data-driven execution, strong communication, and continuous optimization.

As we continue to grow, were looking for a hands-on Account Manager who can work closely with the Founder & CEO to manage and grow client accounts.

Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of clients, internal media buying teams, and technology. You will own day-to-day account execution, support onboarding of new campaigns, coordinate approvals, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

You will also actively contribute to account growth, optimization feedback loops, and long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned advertiser accounts across lead gen, e‑commerce, and pay‑per‑call campaigns
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients (mainly USA & EU-based)
  • Participate in client calls to understand campaign goals, requirements, and expectations
  • Coordinate offer onboarding including creatives, tracking setup, and approvals
  • Work closely with internal team leads and media buyers to launch and scale campaigns
  • Ensure creatives and campaign assets are submitted, reviewed, and approved on time
  • Translate client feedback into clear internal action items and follow-ups
  • Support troubleshooting of campaign, tracking, or delivery issues
  • Help improve performance, payouts, and long-term account value through structured feedback
  • Maintain clear documentation and communication between all stakeholder.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5+ years of experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital advertising
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and/or e‑commerce campaigns
  • Working knowledge of:
  • Click tracking & conversions
  • Postbacks / pixels
  • Campaign setup basics
  • Excellent spoken and written

    (client-facing role)
  • Comfortable handling client calls and professional communication
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Strong execution mindset and attention to detail

Good to Have (Plus, Not Mandatory)

  • Experience in affiliate marketing or network-side account management
  • Exposure to tools like tracking platforms, CRMs, or ad platforms
  • Experience working with international clients (USA / EU)
