Were looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to build and manage affiliate programs that drive measurable results for our clients. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with agency or in-house affiliate marketing experience who enjoys both strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and manage affiliate programs on platforms like ShareASale, PartnerStack, and Impact for clients in the education sector
• Identify, vet, and recruit new affiliates and influencers
• Manage day-to-day relationships with partners to improve performance
• Coordinate creative needs with internal teams
• Analyze and report on affiliate campaign performance
• Test offers and optimize for better ROI
• Stay current with industry tools, trends, and best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of affiliate or partner marketing experience managing affiliate programs is required
• Experience with affiliate platforms and tools
• Strong written communication and outreach skills
• Data-driven mindset with performance marketing experience
• Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment
• Experience as an affiliate yourself is helpful but not required

• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics like ROAS, CTR, and CPC, and optimize accordingly.
• Creative Thinking: Ability to conceptualize and test innovative campaign creatives and strategies.
• Remote Work Experience: Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while maintaining collaboration within a diverse team.
• Time Zone Flexibility: Availability to work during US (California) morning hours.
