Job Description
- As a Software Testing Trainee at Growth System ERP Expert, you will collaborate with the QA and development teams to ensure the quality of ERP solutions. This role offers a great opportunity for freshers aiming to establish a career in software testing within a dynamic ERP environment. Your responsibilities will include understanding ERP software modules and workflows, preparing and executing test cases, identifying and reporting bugs, performing various types of testing, collaborating with developers for bug fixes, and maintaining test documentation and reports.
To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, have a basic understanding of software testing processes and tools, possess an interest in ERP systems and business process logic, exhibit strong attention to detail and communication skills, and be familiar with testing tools or scripting languages (a plus). Interns are also encouraged to apply for this position.
