Job Description
- As the Lead - Digital Lending, you will drive strategic growth and revenue for the lending vertical by leading consultative enterprise sales and powerful partnerships with CXOs across banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.
- You'll be responsible for enabling seamless, tech-led lending journeys - from origination to disbursal - and will play a key role in expanding the partner network, building distribution scale, and co-creating next-gen digital lending solutions.
- The ideal candidate should bring in a robust network of DSAs, a proven track record of driving revenue growth, and the strategic acumen to evolve into a Business Unit Head.
- Experience with loan origination systems, credit underwriting, and digital lending platforms is a must, along with a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape that governs the lending ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver tailored lending and payment solutions that address the unique needs of digital-first and traditional institutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute go-to-market strategies to drive growth and scale operations.
- Build strong, strategic relationships with senior leaders across banks, NBFCs, and fintechs to unlock long-term partnerships.
- Own sales targets end-to-end, driving sustainable revenue growth through consultative selling and cross-functional collaboration.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes, while preparing to lead broader business initiatives as a future BU Head.

- 8+ years of proven success in sales across digital lending, banking, NBFCs, and payments.
- Well-established relationships with DSAs and lending partners to accelerate business growth.
- In-depth experience with loan origination systems, underwriting processes, and digital lending platforms.
- Skilled in engaging and closing deals with senior executives and key financial stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
