Manager - Legal - GCC Team - FMCG - LLB

We are hiring a Legal Manager for a leading global FMCG organization looking to strengthen its GCC/GBS team in India.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in Legal Operations, Contract Management, and Shared Services environments, who have led teams handling high-volume commercial contracting.
P.S. This needs someone with GCC/GBS/COE expertise with FMCG expertise.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a Legal Shared Services/GCC team handling global contracting requirements
- Drive high-volume contract management

(NDAs, procurement, sales, distribution, service agreements)
- Own and manage SLAs, KPIs, Turnaround Time (TAT), and delivery metrics
- Oversee intake, workflow, and backlog management across regions
- Partner with global stakeholders and ensure consistent, scalable legal support
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, standardization, and automation (CLM tools)
Key Requirements:
- LL.B. from a leading National Law School
- 8+ years of experience with strong exposure to GCC/Shared Services/Legal Operations
- Proven experience managing high-volume contracting environments
- Exposure to working with global stakeholders across geographies
- Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or large multinational environments
- Hands-on experience with SLA-driven delivery models, KPIs, and dashboards
- Experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools preferred
- Prior team handling experience (5+ members) is essential
