Job Description

    As a Copywriter at our company, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling ad copies for various marketing campaigns, including static, video, carousels, and more. Your responsibility will be to craft engaging headlines, descriptions, and scripts that capture the audience's attention within 1-3 seconds. You will collaborate closely with design and video teams to ensure that the copy aligns seamlessly with the creative direction. A key part of your role will involve conducting A/B testing on copies, analyzing performance data, and making iterative improvements to enhance Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Click-Through Rate (CTR). Additionally, you will be required to translate creative briefs and product Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) into clear and quirky content that resonates with the target audience.
    To excel in this role, you must possess a quirky and punchy writing style that is quick, memorable, and emotionally resonant. Your writing should be succinct, conveying more with fewer words. An openness to experimentation, rapid iteration, and a strong understanding of buyer psychology and marketing funnels are essential. Moreover, you should be adept at collaborating with performance marketing and creative teams, as well as be familiar with A/B testing methodologies and how copy influences ad performance.
    While 0-1 year of experience in copywriting, advertising, or digital content is preferred, prior experience in writing content for brands or paid social campaigns would be advantageous. Knowledge of SEO is a plus, though not mandatory. Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Grammarly, and Google Sheets is desirable.

    In addition to the core requirements, proficiency in basic scripting for video ads and reels, as well as basic math and analytical skills to understand metrics like ROAS, CTR, and CVR, would be beneficial. Experience with ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, along with a background in working with performance creative agencies, is advantageous. An understanding of audience segmentation and personalized tone would also be an asset.
    The role involves working full-time on a 6-month contract, with shift timings from 2pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday in the UK shift. The position requires working from the office for 5 days a week.,
