Job Description
Responsibilities-
1. Generate analytics reports from various campaigns and extract actionable insights to optimize performance.
2. Contribute to developing and implementing campaign strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives.
3. Execute campaigns on platforms such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.,
following best practices and guidelines.
4. Monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make
recommendations for optimization.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to inform
campaign strategies and tactics.
Qualifications-
1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. 2-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing or related roles is required.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
4. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Facebook Ads
Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Track and optimize client handling KPIs including satisfaction, retention, communication, and campaign performance to ensure exceptional service and results
7. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
