About the Role

We are looking for a Business Finance professional with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills to support business decision-making through data, financial insights, and performance tracking. The role involves partnering with business leaders, driving planning and forecasting processes, monitoring key metrics, and translating numbers into actionable business recommendations. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving business problems, and influencing decisions through financial analysis.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Unlock insights from financial data by preparing periodic reports that analyze performance, identify trends and opportunities, and support forecasting
• Strategic Planning: Sync business strategy and financial viability by working with partners to translate strategic goals into actionable financial plans and budgets
• Cost Management: Sharpen the organizations financial edge by overseeing cost optimization initiatives and identifying strategies to continuously improve financial efficiency
• Communication: Become a financial storyteller by crafting insightful reports and presentations that effectively communicate complex data and recommendations to senior management
• Collaboration: Foster financial alignment across the organization by partnering with cross-functional teams (e.g.,product, marketing, operations) to ensure everyones efforts contribute to achieving financial objectives
• Process Improvement: Champion financial excellence by contributing to the development and implementation of robust financial processes and controls that ensure data accuracy and streamlined operations

Requirements:

• CA/CFA/MBA or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution
• 2-4 years of experience in a financial analyst role at a financial institution or startup
• Strong analytical, communication & presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial atmosphere
• Candidate should be able to take ownership without hand-holding comfortably navigate ambiguity & think independently
