VP, Private Equity Investments

What role you will play in team: Lead and mentor a team of investment professionals, overseeing all aspects of the private equity investment process.

What you will do: You'll be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing private equity investments, while also managing existing portfolio companies.

Key responsibility:

• Lead and manage a team of investment professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Source and evaluate potential private equity investment opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence and financial analysis.
• Develop and present investment recommendations to the investment committee.
• Negotiate investment terms and execute transactions.
  
• Monitor the performance of existing portfolio companies and provide support to management teams.
• Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the firm's overall objectives.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or equivalent from a top-tier institution.
• 10+ years of experience in private equity or investment banking with a proven track record of successful investments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
