Job Description
What role you will play in team: Lead and mentor a team of investment professionals, overseeing all aspects of the private equity investment process.
What you will do: You'll be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing private equity investments, while also managing existing portfolio companies.
Key responsibility:
- Lead and manage a team of investment professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Source and evaluate potential private equity investment opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence and financial analysis.
- Develop and present investment recommendations to the investment committee.
- Negotiate investment terms and execute transactions.
- Monitor the performance of existing portfolio companies and provide support to management teams.
- Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the firm's overall objectives.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- MBA or equivalent from a top-tier institution.
- 10+ years of experience in private equity or investment banking with a proven track record of successful investments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of the financial markets and investment strategies.
