About the Role
Grubtech is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales GCC (excl. KSA) to drive and manage our SMB/Midmarket sales team in the GCC. This is a quota-carrying management role where you will be responsible for both direct sales and leading a high-performing team. You will oversee a team of four Sales Managers), ensuring strong execution of our go-to-market strategy while driving revenue growth in the region. This role is instrumental in shaping the SMB/Midmarket sales function, focusing on prospects with fewer than 100 brand locations.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Sales Leadership & Execution
Directly manage and support the GCC sales team (excl. KSA).
Lead by example by actively closing deals alongside your team.
Drive team performance and ensure consistent pipeline growth & deal execution.
2) Go-to-Market Strategy & Forecasting
Co-define and execute the GCC go-to-market strategy for the SMB/Midmarket sector.
Conduct weekly 1:1s with each sales manager to review pipelines, forecast deals, and define strategy & tasks.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales process.
Report to the SVP Global Head of Sales on forecasts, performance, and key challenges.

Provide hands-on support to the team, assisting in deal negotiations & overcoming obstacles.
Ensure seamless coordination between the team and other departments.
Support sales enablement by driving partner & reseller engagement and resolving production challenges.
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual Fixed Salary: xxxxxx
Commissions: Commissions on individual and team results
Monthly payment of commissions
No cap on commissions
