Role Overview

We are hiring a Reporting Specialist with a strong MIS and Business Intelligence background to design, develop, and maintain insightful dashboards and reports. The role demands expertise in Power BI/Tableau, Salesforce reporting, and advanced analytics to support data-driven decision-making across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

BI Dashboard Development

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI (mandatory) and/or Tableau
• Convert complex datasets into visually compelling and easy-to-understand reports
• Develop automated dashboards to track KPIs, trends, and performance metrics

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and manage periodic MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Ensure data accuracy, validation, and consistency across multiple reporting sources
• Maintain reporting templates, trackers, and performance scorecards
  

Salesforce & EPIC Tool Reporting

• Extract, analyze, and interpret data from Salesforce CRM
• Generate reports related to sales performance, pipeline, and operational metrics
• Work with EPIC tool data to support business reporting and analytics
  

Data Analysis & Insights

• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Provide actionable insights to stakeholders for strategic decision-making
• Support forecasting, performance tracking, and variance analysis
  

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, HR) for reporting needs
• Translate business requirements into technical dashboard and reporting solutions
• Present insights and findings to leadership with clear data storytelling
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI Dashboard development
• Experience with Tableau (good to have but preferred)
• Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros added advantage)
• Strong MIS reporting and data management background
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting & dashboards

• Experience with large datasets and data warehousing concepts
• Understanding of business KPIs, operational metrics, and performance tracking
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• Certification in Power BI / Tableau (preferred)
