You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals across Basti and nearby areas. You will share clear, science-based information that supports better patient care. You will create and deliver a territory plan based on customer insight and local needs. You will work with colleagues across commercial, medical and access teams to solve local challenges.   • Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners.
  • Create and deliver a territory business plan guided by customer insight and local needs.
  • Share clear, accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals decision-making.
  • Record activity, outcomes and customer insights accurately using company systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access.
  • Keep learning about clinical evidence, local market trends and practical ways to improve your performance.

Basic Qualification

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
  • Bachelors degree from a recognised institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, medical business or territory management experience.
  • Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi or relevant local languages used in Basti.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Right to work in India.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare field roles.
  • Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and explaining scientific concepts to healthcare professionals.
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to use customer insight and basic data to guide activity and priorities.
  • Fluency in regional languages commonly used in Basti beyond Hindi.
