Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruiting Team Leader to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate is someone who has successfully built and scaled hiring functions in fast-paced startup environments, understands the unique demands of high-growth teams, and is comfortable managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. This role requires frequent travel for hiring events, roadshows, and business meetings. Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Own and manage the full recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and build effective hiring strategies.
  • Drive proactive talent mapping, pipeline creation, and market intelligence.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with hiring managers, leadership teams, and cross?functional stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes.
  • Provide regular updates, dashboards, and insights on recruitment progress.

Sourcing & Employer Branding

  • Build strong sourcing channels through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and events.
  • Represent the company at recruitment fairs, campuses, and industry events.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.

Process Excellence

  • Implement recruitment best practices, ensuring efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience.

    Maintain and update recruitment data, trackers, and MIS reports.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and hiring standards.

Skillset:

  • 812 years of proven experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong background working with startups or high-growth organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience hiring across non-tech and Volume hiring
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business needs.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, and sourcing technologies.
