Sales Manager For Concrete ReadyMix

Guang Tong Equipment Trading L.L.C is a leading company in the construction industry, specializing in concrete readymix plants. Were seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the Middle East and international markets.

:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue them to drive growth

- 3+ years of sales experience in the construction or manufacturing industry, preferably with experience in the Middle East or international markets
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing and motivating sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
- Advantage: Proficiency in Chinese language (spoken and written) is highly desirable, as it will enable effective communication with our Chinese clients and partners

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
