Job Description
- You are an experienced Full Stack Java Developer with a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies. With at least 10 years of software development experience, you possess proven leadership skills to mentor and guide junior developers.
Your primary responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Java, Spring, Hibernate, and related technologies. You will implement responsive front-end designs using frameworks like React.js and ThymeLeaf, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.
As a leader and mentor, you will guide a team of junior developers, providing support in coding practices and project execution. Conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, you will foster a collaborative team environment that encourages professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Participating in system architecture discussions and contributing to design decisions, you will evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to improve development efficiency. Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, you will gather requirements and provide technical insights while facilitating communication between team members and other departments.
In terms of testing and quality assurance, you will implement unit and integration testing to ensure application quality, troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, and provide timely solutions. Your commitment to continuous improvement involves staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies, proposing enhancements to existing applications and development processes.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong focus on Java technologies.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) and back-end technologies (Java, Spring, RESTful services).
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
