Job Description
The Assistant Manager – Customer Development (Food Vertical) will focus on expanding Gubba’s presence in the food industry by developing strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and providing customized cold storage solutions. This role requires a blend of business development, customer engagement, and market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and onboard clients from the food industry (FMCG, QSRs, supermarkets, processors, exporters, importers).
• Understand and propose solutions for food-specific cold storage needs (frozen, chilled, ambient).
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory standards.
• Build long-term client relationships and maintain a healthy business pipeline.
• Prepare and deliver tailored presentations showcasing Gubba’s food storage solutions.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure food safety, compliance, and timely delivery.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to fulfill client demands.
• Participate in food expos, trade shows, and networking events to increase Gubba’s brand visibility.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, analyze performance, and suggest growth strategies.
• Support client negotiations, draft proposals, and close business deals.
