Finance Controller

Responsibilities:-

Accounting

• Supervision of all accounting activities 
• Preparation and reporting all monthly accounting information according to Corporate requirements, instructions, and policies.
• Preparation and reporting of annual statutory information based on local regulations and requirements.
• Liaison with local auditors.
• Adhere, Prepare Weekly & Monthly Reports on time to support Business from a futuristic perspective. 
• Forecasting Cash Flow. 

Tax

• Preparation and submission of all tax declarations and documentation in line with local legislation and laws, especially monthly GST, TDS, tax advance filing, etc.
• Payment & Filing of taxes on due date
• Management of transfer pricing documentation and application according to Corporate requirements, instructions, and policies
• Liaison with local advisors if needed.

Cash Management

• Application of Corporate guidelines
• Liaison with local banks and optimization of financial conditions
• Monitoring of cash flows, review cash flow forecast & reporting back to GM & Regional Team.
• Reporting in line with Corporate requirements

Financial Control

• In collaboration with the General Manager and other functions, preparation of budget and Mid Term Plan according to Corporate requirements, instructions, and policies
• Performance of continuous reforecast activity and anticipation of year-end landing in coordination with GM. 
• Analysis of budget deviations – Alert & coordinate with team to get them in line as per Budget. 
• Cost control and identification of profitability improvements along with GM.
• Support to local management for business tracking and decision making (information, analysis. etc.)
• Reporting (Sales, P&L, balance sheet, inventories, headcount, etc.) in line with Corporate requirements.

Qualification:- Degree in Accounting or Finance with 8 - 12 years working experience. CPA Preferred. SAP user preferred.
