About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead all digital marketing and brand-building activities for our short-term rental and Airbnb education businesses.

You will manage our online presence, lead generation funnels, and content marketing campaigns across global markets (U.S., Canada, and India).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube).

Manage SEO, blog publishing, and content calendars for all brands.

Oversee social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and ensure consistent brand voice.

Coordinate with AI & content teams for ad creatives, video editing, and automation.

Track marketing KPIs: cost per lead, conversions, and ad performance.

Manage email marketing funnels and landing page optimization.

Collaborate with the U.S. leadership team to plan campaigns and measure ROI.

Qualifications

36 years of experience in digital marketing or growth strategy.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Canva, ChatGPT, and analytics tools.

Excellent written and verbal English.

Experience managing a small creative or ad team preferred.
