The Opportunity

We are hiring a Technical Product Manager to define and execute the strategy for Guidewires release engineering ecosystem.

This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role for a product professional passionate about:

What Youll Do

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and drive the Release Engineering product strategy & roadmap aligned with Guidewire’s cloud and AI transformation.
  
• Own the end-to-end path to production across Guidewire applications and services.
  

Cloud Delivery Excellence

• Enable secure, scalable, and high-velocity delivery pipelines.
  
  
• Embed automation, DevOps best practices, and AI-driven insights into release workflows.
  
• Improve deployment predictability and release confidence.
  

Metrics & Performance

• Define and track KPIs such as:
  
• Release velocity
  
• Deployment success rate
  
• Defect escape rate
  
• Environment availability
  
• End-user satisfaction
  

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with Engineering, Product, Cloud Ops, and Security teams.
  
• Evolve the Agile development lifecycle to accelerate cloud capability delivery.
  
• Deliver robust sandbox/test environments for internal teams and customers.
  

Continuous Improvement

• Champion operational excellence and experimentation.
  
• Drive AI adoption for improved productivity and data-driven decision-making.
  

What You’ll Bring

Required Experience

• 3-6+ years in commercial enterprise/B2B software/SAAS Product
  
• 5-6+ years in technical product management
  
• Strong exposure to:
  
• Source code management systems

• Experience in P&C insurance or SaaS industry
  
• Knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and operational governance
