As a Recruiter - Technology & IT Talent Acquisition, you will be integral to our mission of sourcing and placing top-tier technical talent for a key client expanding into the UAE. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates while meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, Gulf Talent, and other job boards.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess technical expertise, cultural fit, and career motivations.

- Manage the candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring timely and clear communication.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent in IT and technology roles such as software developers, machine learning engineers, and DevOps specialists.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the ATS system.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Guildhall, promoting our client’s values and opportunities in the UAE.

- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in the IT or technology sector (agency or in-house).
- Proven expertise in sourcing for roles like software engineers, data scientists, and other technical profiles.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent understanding of the tech labor market
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a high-volume recruitment environment.
- Familiarity with large-scale hiring projects.
