Manager - Finance

Weekly reporting : sales and orders, cashflow
- Preparation of monthly financial data : P&L, BS, CF, Orderbook and supporting schedules
- Review and analysis of monthly financial data, briefing the GM and team as required
- Preparation of monthly forecasts, annual budgets & variance analysis.
- Responsible for year-end reporting and procedures including liaison with auditors, tax consultants, statutory accounts
- Responsible for SAP B1 -ERP as "Adminstrator" controlling user access, roles & security levels
- Maintaining and monitoring the company's system of internal controls
- Prepare periodic reports and returns as required by authorities (eg VAT, Excise, Service & Direct Taxes)

- Support the management of stock levels by improving the reporting of trends / exceptions
- Maintain and Monitor porduction/BOM costing & KPIs
- Lead the management of cash and cash forecasting
- Carry out ad hoc data gathering / reporting as required by the GM or CFO
- Act as "financial partner" to the GM
- Support & Monitor other verticals
- Handle HR & Admin functions
Knowledge and Experience:
- Qualified Accountant ( CA With 4 Years post qualified or Mcom with 10-15 years)
- 5+ years post qualification experience in a manufacturing / distribution environment
- Good Excel skills : comfortable with spreadsheet manipulation
- Statutory accounting and tax reporting experience
- Knowledge of SAP B1- ERP desirable
- Knowledge of HR basic rules & statutory regulations
