The Project Manager Intern provides the functional support necessary to coordinate complex advisory engagements across the Gulf region. This role exists to ensure that the facts surrounding a commercial call are organized, verified, and ready for senior advisors to interpret. • Build and maintain project maps that track the progress of market entry initiatives and governance changes.
• Research specific regional counterparties to understand their history, current incentives, and previous commercial patterns.
• Draft internal briefing notes that strip away corporate fluff to present the core facts of a situation.
• Monitor regional news and regulatory announcements in the Gulf to identify shifts that might impact our active client files.
• Coordinate the administrative timeline of engagements, ensuring that advisors have the necessary data before key sessions.
• Update internal databases with regional economic figures and sovereign wealth activity.
