Roles and Responsibilities :????

• You will be responsible for every piece of visual communication that is released across all brand channels
• You will be working closely with the marketing and branding team to understand the vision for the brand and marry it with your skill to develop a distinctive visual communication that is relevant to our TG

• You are expected to be up-to-date with upcoming and current design trends in the market and should be able to develop disruptive visual communication pieces that work for the brands benefit
• You will be working with the internal and external design teams to ensure that all design specifications are implemented with accuracy
• Promote a spirit of innovation and creativity in the team so to encourage new ideas
• You should be constantly working towards developing the brands design language to create a seamless and rich experience for our consumers
• You are immersed in the beauty industry and understand market sentiment
• You also have an aesthetic eye that aligns yourself with Gushs personality and vision

Job Requirements ????

• A bachelors degree in design and 2-3 years of experience in the relevant industry
• An envious work portfolio of published work and personal projects
• Experience in UI/UX, packaging and brand identity development
• Strong awareness of the global beauty industry and the design community in general
