We&aposre looking for someone who thrives on performance marketing running ads, experimenting with creatives, optimizing metrics, analysing consumer behaviour, and diving into data. Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Performance Targets: Set and achieve monthly sales and performance goals with detailed execution plans.
- Drive and convert high quality traffic and optimize customer acquisition costs at different stages of the funnel.
- Define consumer personas and create tailored ad campaigns. Observe sales data to build back insights into better performing ads.
- SEO and Discoverability: Collaborate with the SEO team to enhance discoverability and rankings through actionable insights and optimized strategies.
- Meta Ads Campaigns: Launch and manage Google Ads campaigns to explore and capitalize on new growth opportunities.

- Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills
- Deep knowledge of one of Meta or Google and working knowledge of the other is a must.
- Hands-on experience of deploying spends of a consumer brand from below 10L to above 50L.
- Ability to set up experimentation sandboxes and scale winners.
- Ability to write clear creative briefs in line with marketing objectives.
- Strong data analytics skills, including proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Good to have
- Familiarity with Brand Building media deployment.
- Ability to craft own creatives and judge compelling creatives intuitively.
- Network in industry to learn best practices and outside in learning.

Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Background in D2C startups or FMCG is a plus.
