Roles and Responsibilities:

• Help to develop the individuals technical skills, which is a prerequisite for growth.
• Share effective and efficient techniques for Guvis Zen class learners.
• Facilitate career development through guidance and advice for Zen class Learners.
• Creates technical training programs according to requirements.
• Creating individual real-time problems to involve learners to do hands-on.
• Should be able to handle live.
• Should be able to deliver high quality sessions in understandable manner.
• Should be able to take ownership and dedicated support towards achieving the mutual goal.
• Detecting common skills shortages and creating a training plan to address these.
• Scheduling follow-ups to gauge your students progress.

• Prepares training materials and sessions, in groups or individually.
• Reports data on completed courses, issues, and absences.
• Determines overall effectiveness of programs and training by listening to feedback and making improvements as necessary.
• Providing various weekly assignments, tasks to learners and evaluating it on a regular basis.
• Should be able to identify the learners gap and address them on time to time.
• Personal attention to Non Tech background learners and motivating them to succeed in the tech field.
• Review/improve for Guvi Zen class curriculum.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ Years of experience as Java Full Stack Developer.
• Prior trainer experience is required.
• Strong product development experience with high coding standards
• Passionate about learning new topics, helping others learn and changing lives.
• Solid knowledge of software tools and libraries/frameworks.

Get Hired
• Should have good knowledge with Java OOPs.
• Familiarity with microservices, restful api etc.
• Familiarity with modern authentication mechanism.
• Must have ability to take both theory and practical sessions on Core JAVA,html,any front-end library,MySQL,JDBC, Advance Java, JavaScript, jQuery , Spring, Spring Boot and Hibernate
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Heroku, etc.
• Prior experience in Teaching/Mentoring experience/delivery sessions[*].
• Prior experience in content creation experience/blogs/sessions/webinars/videos for EdTech related contributions[*].
• Having a strong Github profile and open source contributions[*].
• Familiarity with AWS cloud tools, S3, etc[*]
• Prior experience in Dockers, Containers, etc[*]
• Added advantage if hands-on experience on frontend Reactjs/Angular[*]
