Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative at GwayERP located in Chennai. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales activities, and business development on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Identification: Qualify leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and social media.

2. Lead Generation Tools: Use Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, and other tools to build a strong prospect database.

3. Engage Decision-Makers: Target CXOs, IT Heads, and Business Owners across India, Singapore, UK,Middle East, and Malaysia.

4. Outreach Campaigns: Execute campaigns through LinkedIn, emails, and calls to set meetings anddemos.

5. Follow-up on Inbound Leads: Respond to and follow up on inbound inquiries from various channels.

6. Product Demos: Conduct demos to showcase Low-Code ERP solutions and their technical features.

7. Understand Client Needs: Identify client pain points and business challenges to offer tailored solutions.

8. Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

9. Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry challenges in targetregions.

10. Client Relationship: Build long-term relationships and address client queries related to ERP solutions.

Qualifications:

  1. 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in ERP/SaaS/IT solutions).
  2. Strong expertise in cold calling and LinkedIn-based lead generation.
  3. Ability to understand and explain ERP solutions & technical concepts during demos.
  4. Excellent verbal & written communication skills for engaging with international clients.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced sales environment.
  7. Experience in ERP, SaaS, or IT solution sales.
  8. Prior experience working with clients in India, Singapore, the UK, the Middle East, or Malaysia.
  9. Cold call & email conversion rate.
