Principal Purpose of Position:
- Execute various programming assignments that necessitate familiarity with established programming procedures and data processing requirements.
- Maintain, enhance, and introduce new programs within existing systems while offering recommendations for system enhancements.
- Collaborate with project management and architects on application design and development.
- Build applications, components, and services using C#.NET, ASP.NET to align with business needs.
- Assess business requirements and processes to provide accurate development effort estimates.
- Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents.
- Code in adherence to written technical specifications and standards.
- Investigate, analyze, and document reported defects.
- Establish, document, and execute unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses.
- Fulfill assigned duties.
- Provide reasonable estimates for assigned tasks, work efforts, and projects.
- Stay updated on software development trends and suggest improvements related to IT best practices, processes, and systems.
- Mentor less senior team members in technical aspects and interpersonal skills.
Education and/or Training:
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- .NET certification recommended.

Must Have:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript, API, C#, and Azure.
- Proficient in SQL.
- Strong grasp of the development lifecycle, SDLC processes, and guidelines.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a diverse and fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Exhibit robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Desired Skills:
- Prior experience with third-party controls like Telerik ASP.NET controls is beneficial.
- .NET Certification.
- Experience in developing applications using React.,
