Job Description
- As a Trading Operations Analyst at our leading global quantitative and proprietary trading firm, you will be an integral part of the Operations team responsible for ensuring accuracy, control, and efficiency in the trading environment. Acting as a key liaison between desk traders and external parties, you will support traders with administrative tasks, trade position maintenance, and P&L report management. Your role will involve compiling and reconciling daily trades, transactions, and positions, as well as updating exchange trading systems and managing information exchange.
In this unique position, there is no P&L risk associated, allowing you to focus on a "front-to-back" understanding of the trading lifecycle and providing vital operational support in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating setting. Your responsibilities will include maintaining operational and regulatory compliance, supporting traders with execution and technical assistance, and contributing to the improvement of Front Office applications through technology and automation.

To excel in this role, you are required to have 3-7 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a trading support or operations capacity, with a comprehensive understanding of the trading lifecycle, including reconciliation, P&L, and trade booking. Strong technical proficiency in equity and equity derivatives, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, is essential. Problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a detail-oriented mindset are key attributes we value in candidates. Additionally, a strong academic background and NISM certifications are preferred, and experience in equity and derivatives markets is highly beneficial.,
