Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new clients and investors.
Identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances in the real estate industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, landlords, investors, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

- Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure smooth transaction processes.

- Monitor sales performance and provide reports on business growth, key metrics, and revenue forecasts.
